To protect our employees, equipment, and other customers' laundry, Sud n Duds reserves the right to refuse service for items contaminated with hazardous materials. This includes clothing or linens soiled with bodily fluids, chemicals, mold, bed bugs, excessive pet waste, or garbage. If a hazardous order is received, the items will be returned unwashed, the order will still be charged, and the account may be permanently removed from our laundry pickup and delivery service.
Our average bag weighs about 10-13lbs.
Visit our Pricing for our most up-to date pricing. All orders are weighed by pound. If your order is "wet" we will re-weigh after your clothes have been cleaned to verify dry weight.
You are charged when we clean your clothing. Your credit card will be put on file when you make your first order.
Please place your laundry in a 13 gallon trash bag or equivalent. We will pick it up at your specified area and tag it. Upon returning your clean clothes you will be provided with a re-usable draw string bag for future pickups.
Your laundry will be delivered back the next business day or on the day you choose in the app.
