Yes, you can change the way you would like your laundry washed whenever is most convenient to you. Just log into your account.
Stains are always best treated at the time of occurance. If we see something we will pre-treat before we wash but they are not guarenteed to be removed.
We can refuse service of items soiled with bodily fluids, chemicals, bed bugs, mold, or garbage. We, will return your items unwashed. You will be charged for the order and banned from our service.
Our average bag weighs about 10-13lbs.

You are charged when we clean your clothing. Your credit card will be put on file when you make your first order.
Please place your laundry in a 13 gallon trash bag or equivalent. We will pick it up at your specified area and tag it. Upon returning your clean clothes you will be provided with a re-usable draw string bag for future pickups.
Your laundry will be delivered back the next business day or on the day you choose in the app.
